This one-day Chan retreat aims to deepen your meditation practice. This retreat includes 30-minute sitting meditation periods, and will end with an opportunity for Q&A.

9:00AM – 9:30AM Introduction
9:30AM – 12:00PM Alternate 30-minute sitting/walking meditations
12:00PM – 12:40PM Lunch Break
12:40PM – 1:00PM Working Meditation
1:00PM – 1:30PM Rest Period
1:30PM – 5:00PM Alternate 30-minute sitting/walking meditations
5:00PM – 6:00PM Dharma Talk and Q&A
