This fall, join psychologist and Chan practitioner Tom Ledermann for a 3-day retreat and 4-week class series focused on loving kindness meditation. Drawing on the practices of relaxation, breath awareness, self-inquiry, and mindfulness in daily activities, this offering supports the cultivation of deep care for yourself and others.
Over the course of this weekend retreat, we’ll immerse ourselves in loving kindness meditation and complementary methods from the Chan tradition. Whether you’re a new or experienced practitioner, this retreat offers a grounding space to reconnect with warmth and clarity. This 3-day retreat will deepen your practice, regardless of method, with 30 minute sitting meditation periods punctuated by mindful yoga and walking meditation. Vegetarian meals will be provided.
In-Person Retreat Guidelines:

We also have camping grounds for those who wish to stay on the 5-acre lot. If you wish to stay at the center before and/or after the retreat, please email us to make arrangements.
